Welcome to Therese's Shipping Policy! Here, we strive to provide you with a seamless shipping experience. We are committed to delivering your sustainable fashion finds in a timely manner, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition. 

 

Once your payment is completed and the order is confirmed, we will begin the making process and ship your handcrafted piece within 10–15 days.
 

If you have any specific shipping requirements or queries, feel free to reach out to us. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Your request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The garment is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order

 

How to Request an Exchange

To make a claim, contact us via Instagram or email: thereseindiastore@gmail.com  Or WhatsApp on+91 7012743519 with your order number. Kindly share a picture of the product being unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and the tags being intact within the time frame mentioned above. A product can only be exchanged against another piece of the same design. All exchange request costs will be borne by you and we shall re-ship the products at our expense. All products must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging.

 

In Case of Damage or Defect

Every order goes through a thorough quality check before leaving our studio.In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective piece, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we will arrange a replacement.

A Note on Handcrafted Pieces

Slight variations in colour, weave, or embroidery are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and not considered defects. These nuances are part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.
